Geocel Trade Mate Lead & Gutter Seal is a silicone rubber sealant
for the installation and maintenance of gutter systems and downpipes,
and pointing joints between lead flashing and brickwork, stone or
masonry.

Excellent adhesion to porous & non porous
surfaces, as well as most common guttering systems including plastics,
metals, painted surfaces and PVC-U
Highly flexible
Will not crack or shrink
Long Service Life
No primer needed
Acoustic Rated according to W=db59 foam sound reduction index
Provides up to 5 hours fire rating according to BS 476 part 20:1987

Returns & Refunds
