Manthorpe Over Fascia Ventilators ensure a flow of air into any roof space between the felt and fascia board. They are durable enough to be used with any roof tiles/slates no matter what profile. This particular product listing consists of 1 box of 20 ventilators, 10mm (width) x 1m (length). Not only is it designed with a smooth edge allowing it to sit comfortably on top of the fascia board, beneath the felt, but it also has clear fixing points and comes complete with a very durable fly screen. The opening is evenly spaced, small enough to discourage insects but wide enough not to be blocked by debris. It is ideal for new builds and re-roofing situations and can also be fitted in a mono roof abutment detail.
